Do I Need a Reservation?
Milele experiences should be planned in advance. Contact Milele or follow the current reservation process for availability rather than arriving with the assumption that a walk-in experience is available.
Will I See Every Animal?
Not necessarily. Animal welfare, health, behavior, weather and operations can affect what is appropriate on a particular day.
Can I Touch or Feed Animals?
Never assume an interaction is included because you have seen a photograph online. Any approved interaction depends on the specific experience, animal and staff direction.
Planning
What Should I Wear?
Dress for an outdoor wildlife setting and current South Carolina weather. Comfortable footwear is a good starting point. Your reservation confirmation may include more specific guidance.
Can I Take Photos?
Photography rules can vary by experience. Follow staff instructions and any current policy in your confirmation.
What About Children, Accessibility or Special Needs?
Contact Milele before booking if an accessibility need, age consideration or other requirement could affect the visit. We would rather answer the question before you make plans around an assumption.
